Returns Policy

Thank you for trusting Special Needs Australia. We hope you are happy with  your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or exchange.

Please see below for detailed information on our return policy.

FAULTY PRODUCT

All Abilitations Products hold a 12-month warranty.

This policy applies:

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty product
  • If the product you received does not look like the item described, displayed on the website
  • If the product is an Abilitations product and it becomes faulty within 12 months of purchasing

What to do?

  • Contact our sales team immediately using the below details
  • Make sure you have your order number to hand
  • Take a photo of your product as it will be required as evidence

Return Process

To return an item, please email sales@specialneedsaustralia.org
OR call 02 6557 6365 to organise a return shipping label and satchel.

After receiving a returns shipping label and satchel place the item securely in the packaging provided, include your invoice/order number.

Take your package to your nearest Post Office.

RETURN

We understand that sometimes we change our minds that is why we have this policy in place.

This policy applies:

  • If you decide you no longer want the product
  • You have purchased the wrong size or colour

We strongly recommend you double check size and colour prior to purchasing as additional post charges will be at the customer cost.

What to do?

  • You must notify our sales team within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Make sure you have your order number to hand
  • Ensure you items are in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds will not be processed until the item is received back at the Warehouse and has been inspected.

Make sure you include your invoice or invoice number.

Refund Process

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.

Please allow at least 7 days from receiving the product back at the warehouse to process the refund.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method, allow 1-2 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
