Special Needs Australia - Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Special Needs Australia. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 7 days to contact us to return an item from the date you received it.
You can contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org OR you can call us on 02 6557 6365. When you contact Special Needs Australia you will be required to provide an invoice number.
You will be provided with a returns number which must be included with the returned goods, allowing us to process your return in a timely manner.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging unopened.
All products hold a 12-month manufacturer warranty. If your product is faulty contact our office immediately to let us know. Our sales team will approve the return with a returns number.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Once your refund is approved we will refund the same card that was provided to purchase the goods with.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the product is faulty.
