How to Process NDIS claims for
Therapeutic Resources 

Special Needs Australia Support the NDIS

 

Plan-Managed 

If you are using a plan manager email your order details to 

sales@specialneedsaustralia.org 

Ensure you include the following details 

Contact Full Name
Postal address
Date of birth 
Order details
Plan Manager Name
Plane Manager Email Address
Order details, including sizes and colour

An invoice will be created and emailed to your plan manager.

Turn-around time 24 hours. 

Once payment has been made your resources will be sent from our warehouse directly to the provided postal address.  

 

Self-Managed

If you are self managing your NDIS fund. 

Email your claim details to sales@specialneedsaustralia.org 

Be sure to include the following details:

Contact Full Name
Child's Full Name
Postal Address
Contact Phone Number
Order details, including sizes and colour

An invoice will be raised and emailed to you within 24 hours.
